TIME FOR A BIG CHANGE

Didn’t write for a while because I was on holidays and unfortunately the Internet was like a medicine there… so I didn’t have it at all. But it was a good time for me to have a rest and think about few things.

Coming back to London full of calories and crap food I realised that this is an amazing time to have a new start in my life. To change my life for healthy style. I am a smoker so need to stop that or at least make it less. My food regime is not bad but I have moments when I eat very bad things. So from now on I am going to change my life and my family life completely. New me and a healthy life style. I am not an exercise person so from now on I will do exercises twice a week. I still will be writing about beauty products and brands but let’s make my blog beautiful not only from make up side but also lifestyle. 

So a new start has arrived keep fingers crossed because I am going to share with you my food ideas as well.

MY VERY AMBITION PLAN

I know that I have just come back here to write a blog. I wasn’t sure if I want to do that. That way I needed some time to have a little think. After a few months not coming back here I have noticed that actually I have few ideas in my head.

Today I decided that I am not going to write only about the beauty products but also I am going to add beauty tips. To be honest we need to not only take care of our outside but also our inside.

Let’s start from the beginning… Recently I experience some problems with my health. It is not really serious but it can be in the future if I am not keep my diet nice and healthy. After diagnose I have decided to change my and my family life for greener. I remembered that few months ago one of my friend gave me a recipe for an amazing smoothie. Very EASY to make.

Very TASTY to drink.

Very HEALTHY for your body.

What you need?

  •  Half celery
  •  Half bag of baby spinach
  •  4 green apples
  •  1 cucumber
  •  3 pears
  •  2 kiwis
  •  bit of ginger (pea size)
  •  lemon juice
  •  2 glasses of water

How to make it? It is really easy. Just blend everything together and you can drink it. Just to let you know that you can skip ginger if you don’t like it, but apparently is very healthy for you.

My smoothie was amazing!!! I am sorry for being narcissist but if the 2 years old child love it it means it is good. Because children in general hate green in their diet.

So enjoy your new meal in your diet.
